Delivery, Post & Packing
All orders received should be despatched within *48 hours.
Any orders placed on a weekend will be treated as if they were placed on Monday.
Please allow up to five working days for delivery. We may need to contact you in
the event of your placing a high value order to confirm delivery details, before
despatching the order.
Post and Packing - Customers outside the UK: All postage prices are for the UK only,
export orders are posted using Royal Mails delivery service. Please contact us for
prices for posting abroad. It is possible to order goods online for delivery to most
countries world-wide, however, due to overseas postal delays it is not always possible
to work out a precise delivery time.

Payment:
CreatePlates.com uses globally recognized third party payment processors
Worldpay and Paypal to take your payment. This means that you can be sure of a 100% secure transaction
with the peace of mind that your credit card details are never stored on our server. We operate a strict
privacy policy with our customers and we promise never to sell your email address to other parties.
Refunds and Disputes:
All requests for refunds to CreatePlates will be given
at the discretion of the Company Management. All errors and or mistakes made by CreatePlates
will be corrected by us. All refunds will carry a small administration charge (this will be equal to the
payment processors charges for handling the secure details and transaction) if we are found not
to be at fault.
Returns Policy
CreatePlates.com will replace any item that results from an error
made by us or from a defective item. However, you must return the defective product. You
must advise us by letter or email within 7 days and return the plate within 14 days of
delivery to you. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for
replacement shipments. To make a return, please give the reason for the return and wrap

Fitting any of our products is in your hands; in some cases it may be suitable to have your registration sign/graphic installed professionally or by a competent individual even though our products are sent to you as a self fit component kit. Createmyplates.com cannot be held responsible for any incorrectly fitted products or any extra cost that occurs to you whilst installation of the product is being carried out. If you are unsure about fitting our supplied product please seek professional advice before making a purchase.
Show Plates Changes from the 1st November 2008
From the 1st November 2008 it will be illegal to supply show plates with a registration number on it. The DVLA consulted many of the registered number plate suppliers late last year regarding the status of the "show plate" and how to make it legal by marking them with a logo showing them as "show plates", the DVLA did not want to put any of the many number plate suppliers out of business because many number plate suppliers were dependant on the showplate trade. Then in August this year the DVLA and government decided that show plates would be illegal to supply if it was supplied with a registration number on it, they also stated that the supply of show plates with names, clubs and the like was ok and legal providing that it was not a registration number. We have decided to supply only the components being the acrylic will contain the design/artwork as before but the registration will be supplied in component kit form for you to apply yourself. If you can apply a sticker to a window then you can as easily apply the registration, if you cannot stick a sticker on a window or any smooth flat surface then this system isn't for you. We are now only supplying components what you can already get legally over any counter or internet store.
Standard UK, Standard UK 3D and other Fonts These stickers have to be applied by you the customer, these fonts are cut from 7 year exterior grade black vinyl, they also require a basic level of skill to apply. The Standard UK 3D font is made up from black and silver vinyl. If you can apply a sticker to a window or smooth flat surface then you can as easily apply the registration, if you cannot stick a sticker on a window or any smooth flat surface then this system isn't for you.
